About me
Dr. Drew is a Board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a specialization in Hip and Knee Replacement. His educational foundation was laid at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where he completed his residency training. He furthered his education through the prestigious Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at the OrthoCarolina Hip and Knee Center in Charlotte.
Dr. Drew joined the Medical University of South Carolina. There, his contributions as the Director of Arthroplasty Research were significant, and his excellence in teaching was recognized with the John A. Siegling Teaching Award. His journey led him to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, whereas Chief of the Division of Arthroplasty, he not only advanced his clinical practice but also committed himself to teaching within the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program. Dr. Drew is known for his more than a decade of experience in performing anterior approach hip replacements and his continuous efforts to integrate the latest advancements in his field to enhance patient care.
An esteemed member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), Dr. Drew also holds a fellowship with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons (ABOS).
